We’ll explore the difference between workforce housing and affordable housing and which jobs in the Litchfield County region require affordable housing. Attendees will learn about the ALICE dataset (Asset Limited, Income Restrained, Employed households) for Northwest Connecticut, a local collaboration to create housing for fire and ambulance volunteers, and a survey of local worker housing needs.
