The Fairfield County Talks Housing discussion series returns for the 2024-2025 legislative session in Connecticut. Each conversation features a diverse group of experts exploring various housing topics, including homelessness, renters’ issues, advocacy strategies, and state housing policies and programs.

The second session will focus on the the roughly one in three Connecticut residents who rents their home. Panelists will discuss how renters contribute to local economies, why rental housing is critical in Fairfield County, and how renters can protect themselves and ensure their rights are respected.
